Stefan Kirchner in cooperation with go.arts®:
"In-house business communication - The role of phonetics"

An up-to-date study conducted as part of of an MA thesis
by communication science graduate Stefan Kirchner,
shows concrete results as concerns voice training.

New empirical data prove:
Positive changes of voice are discerned by the listener.

These results are being backed up by another study featuring phonetic research which will be published in late 2005.

The go.arts® Voice Institute Audio Archive has systematically provided comprehensive audio material in order to prove that short- and longterm voice training does indeed have an impact.

Results show that the impact of the go.arts® body-oriented voice training can be verified empirically.

The results document the following:
go.arts® voice training helps develop a stronger vocal presence.
This is linked to a significant enhancement of:

  • clearness
  • comfort
  • volume
  • confidence

- Tendency: gender neutral behaviour

The tested qualities like clearness, volume, confidence are being
perceived in a similar way by men and women.

(go.arts® have always trained "one voice"
and have long been suggesting the concept of "authentic voice"
in the context of seminars for women in professional environments).

... and many other features.

We hope to have given you interesting and important hints
for your own field of human resources management.

Best regards

Ihr Werner Gorzalka
